Aches and pain

My hips aren't what they should. More or less chronic I think but I shouldn't complain I'm pretty much ok otherwise.

Here is something that might help against chronic pain and joint pain. You take a tabelspoon of a neutral oil like almondoil or cornoil or something like that and then you add a few drops of lavenderoil. Massage in where the pain is.
